Successfully integrated the CeraVe U.S. brand packaging artwork portfolio into the Canadian Market. I designed a new bilingual packaging hierarchy and Canadian brand guidelines. I managed and was responsible for all the Canadian packaging artwork, also rolled out successive line extensions. This collectively contributed to the favorable outcome of L’Oréal purchasing the brand.
Integral part of the Swiss Natural brand revitalization leadership team for two separate brand design evolutions transitioning 450+ packaging artwork skus to the marketplace while meeting extreme deadlines, all within budget. This massive project included a Requisition for Proposal establishing new manufacturers/suppliers, switching to new PETE grade bottles and new artwork packaging die-lines for labels, boxes, blisters, poly-bags etc. across numerous printing methods: lithographic, flexo-graphic, silk screen and digital.
Worked alongside Pigeon (a premier packaging design agency) who initially helped develop new branding. I integrated and developed packaging artwork further, generating numerous successive multilingual line extensions and new innovation launches, incorporating and adhering to strict Health Canada and other European/Asian regulations.
Mentored cross-functional teams to help bridge communication gaps and ensure alignment with external partners, suppliers/ CMOs. Periodically assessed and identified the need for alteration which resulted in greater optimization in seamless and timely launches of new innovation products.
Created and managed an internal master centralized database resource containing assets, brand logos, product images and packaging artwork for Brand Managers, Regulatory, Sales & Supply teams creating impactful time and cost efficiencies.
Partnered with Davis (a premier packaging design agency) for brand identity and packaging revitalization. I led the internal packaging production artwork roll-out, integrating new branding to numerous skus within the portfolio while adhering to strict Health Canada regulations.
